To refurbish a Victorian terrace house to provide an extension, modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The Brief
Our client, a retired couple, had recently purchased the property preferring a house rather than a flat but wanted it to be low maintenance and easy to ‘turn off’ to suit their travelling lifestyle. All the necessary external and internal alteration works were specified to comply with this requirement.
The Result
The construction of an extension/conservatory linking the living room and kitchen has been a great success bringing improved daylight into the rear rooms plus providing views of the small rockery garden and water feature.
