The Brief
Our client had lived in the house for over 20 years and wished to substantially upgrade the property. After much discussion a detailed schedule of improvement was agreed including obtaining necessary Planning & Building Regulation consents.
The Result
The extensive works have transformed the property providing high quality new facilities whilst still retaining the original Victorian feel of the property.
